Each year, the Tucker Business Association hosts a series of events for both its membership and the local community. These are great opportunities to have fun, meet people, promote your business, and work with the community!
March, 18, 2010 – Quarterly Lunch Meeting
11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Hampton Inn-Northlake, 3400 Northlake Parkway, Atlanta Phone: 770-493-1966 There will be a $5 charge or members/$10 for non-members. An Evite will be sent out for this meeting, please RSVP so we can budget for catering.
Speaker this month: Officials from DeKalb Government to give an update on County matters as they pertain to Tucker businesses
Saturday, March 27 - TBA EGGSTRAVAGANZA
Our Annual Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt will be held at Kelley Cofer Park on N. Park Rd. We have had outstanding success in previous years, and we look forward to our 20th annual event in March. Please mark this on your calendars. This year will feature an Easter Bonnet contest!
Bring your best bonnet and you could win a prize!

Saturday, May 8 – Tucker Day parade on Main Street.
TBA is a returning sponsor in 2010. This year’s theme is “Breaking Ground in the Hometown” as we anticipate new Main Street road improvements this year!

MONTHLY MEETINGS
Monthly meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:15 a.m. at Matthews Cafeteria on Main Street in downtown Tucker. The cost of the breakfast is included in the annual membership dues.
AFTER-HOURS NETWORKING
We encourage all TBA members, and their guests, to participate in after-hours events. Members who have an interest in hosting an after-hours event can simply contact any member of the Board for assistance in working on a location and possible co-hosting by the Association.
TBA LIGHTS UP TUCKER! » November
TBA, in collaboration with Tucker Concrete Company, LMI Electrical Company and Georgia Power Company, and the Tucker Historical Society, will continue its two-decade tradition of sponsoring the holiday decorations and lighting that go up along Main Street and the surrounding downtown area.
